As a SaaS based (web hosted) product, there are two components to the cost structure:

• One‐time setup/initiation fee – this includes web based training and direct support so that you can be productive with SimpleCTMS right out of the gate. 
• Monthly subscription (hosting + support) fee – this includes a flat hosting fee plus a sliding support fee based on the size/type of your user base. 24x7 phone and email support is standard.

Our standard APIs, Data Connectors and Import/Export features are included at no additional cost. Additional customization and/or integration is available and is priced based on scope of work.
